The limited edition Mazda mx-5 1.8i California was introduced in June 1995 to celebrate 5 years of production of the mx-5. Limited to just 300 numbered cars, (this one is number 152/300) all finished in striking sunburst yellow and currently displays an unwarrented but believed correct 84000 miles.
Standard equipment for the California included power steering, unique 5 spoke alloys, engine immobiliser (and the all-important black leather "California" wallet, which is a must have for the mx-5 collector.)
