Triumph Motorcycles Ltd launched a completely new model, the Bonneville 800 (790cc), in September 2001. Originally built exclusively in Hinckley, England, some models later were produced at the company's Thailand manufacturing facility, which also manufactures components and accessories for various Triumph motorbikes. The new Bonneville strongly resembles the earlier models in style and basic configuration, but with modern engineering. At the debut the new version was given a 790cc parallel-twin engine, with the up-spec T100 receiving an 865cc engine from 2005.

Manufactured in 2004, the Bonneville offered was first registered in the United Kingdom on the 1^st of February that year. With only four former keepers and 44,000 recorded miles, ‘AU53 EPK’ has been subject to much refurbished work in 2022, the Triumph has been repainted, shod with new tyres and mechanically checked. Offered with a large history file containing a large selection of invoices, servicing records, original manuals, and a current V5C.
