Introduced in October 1969, the Mini Clubman was penned by ex-Ford product planner and stylist Roy Haynes. Intended as a replacement for the Mini-derived Wolseley Hornet and Riley Elf, the newcomer boasted better frontal crash protection and improved under-bonnet access and was powered by a 998cc or 1098cc four-cylinder A-series engine.
First registered on the 14th of April 1970, 'UUT 310H' is understood to be currently fitted with a 1275cc engine. In current ownership since 2016, the Clubman Estate is in running order (at the time of consignment), however, it is in need of some restoration work. The interior has been stripped already and it is eveident that some metal work would be required as part of any list of restoration jobs. The Clubman Estate is offered with a V5C and a collection of old MOT certificates and an old sales receipt for the previous purchase of the car, dated 2016. Offered with a cirrent V5C document.
