- Much enjoyed, he covered some 97,000 miles aboard it over the next ten years
- Taken off the road thereafter, it was dismantled pending a restoration that has yet to be completed
- Most of the accompanying parts are wrapped up in newspapers dating from 1989
- This is a wonderful opportunity to acquire a truly iconic machine of the 1970s
- No additional parts to those photographed (however, the family have said they will forward anything they subsequently find)
- The engine has been rebored and fitted with new pistons and rings etc
- Comes complete with its first logbook, current V5c, various handbooks and assorted paperwork
