Estimated at £18,000 - £22,000

Lot details
Registration No: PK 6772
Chassis No: 16490
Mot Expiry: Exempt

Humber's roots were in bicycle manufacture, and date back to 1868. Its first conventional motorcar was produced in 1901, while this charming vintage Four-Door, Four-Seat Tourer was originally registered on March 1st 1929. The coachwork is finished in Red over Black and the interior trimmed in Black leather complemented by Red carpeting. The Humber has been the subject of considerable improvements in the last few years, including: engine overhaul by a marque expert; relining of the clutch and brakes; rewire with the correct type of cotton braiding; the fitting of a new fuel tank sender and accurate fuel gauge; the renewal of the tonneau cover and all five tyres. 'PK 6772' evidently completed a 1000 mile trouble-free trip around Wales last year and is now being sold complete with history file of invoices for the work carried out and tax valid until the end of July.
