Originally finished in Mimosa Yellow with Chestnut Brown Ambla upholstery, the same combination it sports today, this ‘home market’ TR6 was supplied to Chichester Automobiles during June 1974. Believed but not warranted to have covered circa 68,000 miles from new, ‘LKM 515P’ has been in the current ownership since 1997. Entrusted to marque specialist TR Enterprises for a ‘no expense spared’ restoration some two years later, the opportunity was taken to incorporate a number of desirable upgrades including: a ‘fast road’ specification engine, Bosch fuel pump, polybushed suspension and Minilite-style wheels. Supporting invoices totalling in the region of £10,000 remain on file.

Understood to have been regularly used and maintained since its refurbishment was completed, the Triumph is described by the vendor as being in ‘good / original’ (interior trim) or ‘very good’ (engine, gearbox, electrical equipment, bodywork, paintwork) condition. Coming to market for the first time in twenty-four years, this appealing marque specialist restored TR6 is accompanied by a history file and its original wheels.
