The Toyota Crown Majesta (Toyota Kuraun Majesuta) was a full-size luxury sedan from Toyota. It was an upmarket variant of the Crown and served as Toyota's flagship model in various countries. The Crown Majesta appeared after the international introduction of the Celsior/Lexus LS in late 1989; the Celsior was exclusive to Toyopet Store locations on a newer platform. The Crown Majesta, positioned as a modern limousine alternative to the already existing Century and shares the flagship role, was exclusive to Toyota Japanese dealerships called Toyota Store. It is not just an upper trim level of the Crown sedan, the Majesta is a separate car with unique styling and interior treatment. The fourth-generation Crown Majesta was introduced in July 2004. In August 2006, the Celsior was no longer offered in Japan, due to the introduction of the Lexus brand there.

Imported into the UK and registered in the UK in April 2023, this rare in the UK Toyota Crown has covered some 109,000km (68,000 miles). It is finished in Pearlescent White with a Dark Grey cloth interior. The Majesta's high specification includes an all-wheel drive system (AWD), air suspension, radar cruise control, a reverse camera, an electric rear blind, a cabin ioniser, electric front seats, electrically reclining rear seats, door blinds, and an electric rear blind. With power from a 4.3 V8 engine and 276bhp and 430Nm of torque, it is said to be relatively economical for such an engine, regularly achieving over 30mpg. Based on the Lexus GS platform, engine and transmission of the time, sourcing parts in the UK should be straightforward. Since its arrival in the UK, it has received a new battery, brake discs and pads, replacement of both front height adjusters, and the cam-belt and water pump were replaced at Lexus Sheffield last May, with invoices on file. With a recent MOT, the vendor describes the condition as 'impeccable'. All the import paperwork is present in the file, such as the Japanese service record and three keys.
