The launch of the second and third generation Audi 80, the B3 – introduced in 1986 – ushered in a new era for Audi’s compact executive saloon. Gone was the boxy exterior of the B2, replaced by a new aerodynamic body, influenced by the Audi 100. The 1.8S model was fitted with a 4-cylinder inline 1781cc engine providing 90bhp.
Finished in white with fabric grey and blue interior trim, this Audi 80 S has only had one owner from new, and is offered with extensive paperwork, including past invoices and a large collection of past MOT certificates. The original stamped service book, instruction manual and other books are all present with the 1.8 S. Originally supplied by Barber's Garage of Northwich and still retaining its original rear dealer plate. A new cambelt has been fitted in 2020 with invoice of file. "J396 CTU" is offered on a no reserve basis.
