This Triumph Spitfire was built 13th-14th June 1977, it was dispatched to the Windsor motor company on the 16th June. It was registered with SAN484S on the 5th August then taken off the road, covered and dry stored until late 2020, hence the 37,750 miles. Bought by the current owner in May 1988 and used sparingly for 2 1/2 years. It was completely original and unrestored apart from the twin exhaust that was fitted in late '88. The twin carbs and fuel system has been professionally refurbished and balanced along with the wheels and tyres. After all this work it passed its MOT at first of asking. Fully serviced and recommissioned for the road this year, new parts include: Clutch, Radiator, battery, points, plugs, HT leads, coil, fuel pump, rear shocks and leaf spring. New brakes all around including discs, calipers, hoses and wheel and master cylinders. (Although being classed as a Historic vehicle it's exempt from tax and MOT).
