BMW joined the battle with rivals Mercedes-Benz and Jaguar with the launch of its 7-Series luxury saloons in 1977. The running gear followed BMW's well-established pattern for its larger models, comprising all-independent suspension and disc brakes all round and equipment levels were of the highest order. The third E38 generation was produced from 1994 to 2001 and was the first car available with curtain airbags; the first European car to offer satellite navigation and the first BMW to offer a built-in television.
This UK supplied 735i was manufactured in 2001 and first UK registered in March the same year. Finished in the complementing colour scheme of Titan Silver with Black leather interior trim, this 7-Series has had only two owners from new, with 83,600 recorded miles. Accompanied by V5C, a quantity of past MOTs and a large quantity of past invoices.
