Lot details
Registration No: RSJ 913
Chassis No: 128221
Mot Expiry: July 2013

Imported from America during the mid-1990s, 'RSJ 913' is understood to have been mechanically and cosmetically restored by the same Beverley-based company that Sir Stirling Moss chose to refurbish his wife's BMW Isetta. Formerly Red, the diminutive four-seater was refinished in Yellow over White (the former a BMW E36 hue) and retrimmed in two-tone Grey. Taking top concours honours at the 2009 National Micro Car Rally, the 600 is described by the vendor as being in "very good" condition with regard to its engine, gearbox, interior trim, bodywork and paintwork. Increasingly collectible, this rare BMW bubble car is offered for sale with an original 600 parts list, owner's manual, MOT certificate valid until July 2013, current (free) road fund licence and numerous restoration photographs.
