The Honda Motor Company was founded by Soichiro Honda in 1937, initially producing piston rings for Toyota. They made their first motorcycle in 1949 and within 10 years had become the biggest motorcycle manufacturer in the world. They have gone on to produce over 400 million two-wheelers as well as millions of other power products. In 1958 the Honda Cub was released and it has gone on to become the best selling motorised vehicle ever produced with over 100 million sales in every corner of the world.
The Cub was sold in 50cc, 70cc and 90cc engine sizes and could stake a claim for being the most important and influential motorised vehicle ever designed. To put things into context the Cub range has sold more individual units than the top three selling cars of all time combined! Whilst the model has gained a well earned reputation for its rugged design and long suffering engine not many will have survived in the condition of 'G350RAV'. Presented in excellent condition and only showing 1200 miles on the clock it is a must for any motorcycle collection and comes supplied with a current V5C.
