Vauxhall Motors brought out their Light Six in 1933; the Series, as offered here, being of 1530cc capacity and the X Series 1781cc, whilst the 4-speed manual gearboxes were fitted to both Series was very state of the art for their day. A rare survivor finished in Burgundy with Black wings this handsome six-light coachwork example has previously been treated to an extensive photo-documented cosmetic restoration with the interior being re-trimmed. Offered with an extensive history file with assorted old MOTs and invoices the sale also includes a period workshop manual for the 14hp model.
