- BSA Prototype Rocket Gold Star owned by factory from 1962 to 1964
- Original RF60 Buff Log book with BSA Ltd as first owner
- Off the road since 1972 and restored by current owner 2017/18

- Copy of factory despatch log showing use whilst owned by BSA
- Photo of Chris Vincent at IOM in 1963 using the bike for personal transport
- Great opportunity to own a genuine factory prototype, used by BSA to develop the Rocket Gold Star into production. The first despatch is listed as 31/1/62 to Press Road Test Motorsport, the frame was swapped post test following and is listed on the RF60 and Despatch book
The bike then went to the IOM with Chris Vincent for use as his personal transport 29/5/62
12/10/62 was used by Worcester Constabulary for evaluation and returned 15/3/63
31/5/63 was again signed out to Chris Vincent for use on the IOM
26/8/63 was loaned to G Harding on the IOM
24/12/63 was passed on to Aston Motorcycles in Birmingham for sale as a used Motorcycle
- Restored using most of the original parts where possible including Dyno Magneto, Voltage Control Box, Speedo and Tacho, Oil Tank and Tool Box, etc. The parts that were beyond repair are included in the sale
All successful bids must be paid in full by midday the day after the auction at the latest.
