This new engine was built in 2008 by Philip Pearson using a set of John Wyatt crankcases. 8.5:1 Omega pistons sit on top of a set of Carillo connecting rods and Megacycle Mk 2 cams control the breathing, the mixture being supplied by Dell O'rto PHF 32 A carburettors and Sprogley manifolds. A Surtees five speed close ratio gear cluster is fitted together with a Ducati clutch. A Miller dynamo is complimented by Lucas magneto. The engine was purchased by the vendor approximately two years ago and displayed in the house. It has remained un-run while in the vendors ownership.
