Chassis No: AA259145359
Mot Expiry: None

Unveiled in 1961, the A40 Farina MKII boasted a four-inch longer wheelbase than its immediate predecessor as well as a redesigned grille and dashboard. Upgraded from 948cc to 1098cc the following year, it remained in production until 1967. Believed but not warranted to have had just three previous owners, this particular example has formed part of a museum collection since 1987. Described by the vendor as being in "good" condition with regard to its bodywork, paintwork engine and four-speed manual gearbox, he rates the interior trim as "fair to poor, having suffered some damage". Currently showing an unwarranted 65,172 miles to its odometer, the A40 has not been run for many years and is only being sold as it now falls outside the museum's collecting policy.
