`D167 TWF' was sold new in April 1987 to the Isuzu importer in Southern Ireland. On his death the car passed to his widow and then to two Derbyshire businessmen in succession before being bought by Mark Dixon from Spinning Wheel Garage in 2012. All fluids were changed upon purchase, when new Avon Turbospeeds were also fitted, and since then maintenance has been conducted by well-respected specialist Hillier Hill. Mr Dixon has covered 11,000 miles in this lovely looking Bentley and informs us that it `drives exceptionally well and feels taut on the road', `has a superb rust-free body and nicely patinated interior', and `has not only averaged 18mpg throughout his tenure, but will return 21mpg at 75-80mph on a motorway'. Currently showing some 60,000 miles, `D167 TWF' retains its original-specification Blue lambswool over-rugs for front and rear and also comes complete with the original handbooks and delivery certificate, plus a large file of old receipts and paperwork.
