The Bentley Brooklands was introduced in 1992 as a replacement for the Bentley Mulsanne and Bentley Eight models. It was intended as a slightly cheaper alternative to the Bentley Turbo R featuring the same styling, underpinnings of the Rolls-Royce 6.75 litre, V8 engine but without the more powerful model's turbocharger. The Brooklands continued Bentley's design theme which was also used on contemporary Rolls-Royce vehicles throughout the 1980's and early 1990's. The exterior design featured the classic Bentley grill as well as dual headlights with wrap-around parking lights. As with many Bentley and Rolls-Royce vehicles, the Brooklands also featured the trademark descending boot lid and chrome B-pillars. The interior remained relatively unchanged from previous Bentley models but with a more curvaceous design element surrounding the leather-wrapped centre console.

Offered here is a Bentley Brooklands. The odometer displays some 131,000 miles from new with the last service being recorded at c.127,000 in 2018. There are invoices to the tune of £3,000 from 2015. More recent maintenance includes an under-seat ECU repair in 2021. Just some 12 months ago, the car benefitted from a new battery. The Brooklands has also seen an overhaul of the alarm system and two new front speakers. Accompanied by an original owner’s handbook, there is also a stamped service book, a collection of old MOT certificates and invoices, the current V5C along with two keys.
